Account deletion
Delete your Zemcheck account
Zemcheck supports account deletion inside the app and through this public request page.
- In the app, open Settings, expand Information, and use Delete account.
- On the web, submit the form below. If needed, you can also email zemcheck@zemcheck.com from the email address linked to the account you want deleted.
What data is deleted
- Profile data such as your email, display name, settings, and account preferences.
- Weekly plans, daily tasks, checks, photos, streak-linked app data, and notification preferences.
- Bubble-linked personal activity that depends on your account identity, such as your comments, reactions, nudges, and push tokens.
What may remain temporarily
Some data may remain temporarily in backups, security or fraud records, notification delivery records, or legal and compliance archives where retention is necessary. Those retained records exist only for limited operational, security, anti-abuse, or legal reasons. For more detail, see the app privacy policy.
